From the modest beginning in 1993, Guru Teg Bahadur Public School is one of the prestigious leading schools located in rural India and is committed to serve the rural children under the efficient leadership of Mr. S.K. Tuteja (IAS) and S. Paramjit Singh Gill (IPS) through high quality endeavor, empowering them to contribute towards a humane, just and pluralistic society, promoting living by creating exciting opportunities with a commitment to excellence.

The School derives its name from the 9th Guru of Sikh, Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, who is known to be peerless martyr in the history of the world. He laid down his life for the rights of the people. The School has built up in natural and healthy environment.

At the beginning in 1993 with the strength of 375 students and in the year 2005 the numbers swelled over to 1350 and at present numerous of students enrolled every year. The school covers nearly 130 villages by providing 100 buses. Our school has successfully honored by numerous of awards for the excellent and quality services in the field of education. In 2016, BID World Quality Commitment Award in Paris. In 2014, The Quality Crown award was achieved in London. In 2010 and 2011, The Golden Award and Global award received in Paris, France. The school awarded by The Excellence Award in 2012 in Delhi.
